How long does it take to process an order?

How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us containing a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 7 days after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at shanghai@nizi.me with your name and order number, and we will investigate the matter for you.
Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?
Unfortunately, we are unable to change the delivery address once the product is en route. Please carefully review and ensure that you have entered the correct address during checkout. We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address you provide.
